PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for products and services purchased from Zenith Vital Wellness LLC (“Zenith Vital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

1.1 Limited 30-Day Return Window

We offer a limited 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Returns must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Product must be shipped back within 7 days of RMA issuance
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Personalized or custom-formulated products
  • Digital products or services
  • DNA testing kits (once registered or activated)
  • DNA analysis services and reports
  • Subscription services after initial use
  • Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts exceeding 20%
  • Bundle packages (partial returns not accepted)
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

2. REFUND PROCESSING

2.1 Refund Conditions

If your return is approved and meets all conditions, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs
  • Processing time: 10-15 business days after receipt of returned product
  • Refund method: Original payment method only
  • Restocking fee: 25% on all approved returns

2.2 Deductions and Fees

The following deductions apply to all refunds:

  • Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
  • 25% restocking fee
  • Processing fees for expedited shipping
  • Any customs, duties, or taxes paid

3. DNA SERVICES REFUND POLICY

3.1 DNA Testing Kits

DNA testing kits have specific refund limitations:

  • Unopened kits: Returnable within 30 days with 25% restocking fee
  • Registered/activated kits: Non-refundable
  • Kits with collected samples: Non-refundable (biohazard regulations)
  • Failed sample processing: One free retest kit provided

3.2 DNA Analysis Services

DNA analysis services and reports are non-refundable once delivered, including:

  • Genetic trait reports
  • Personalized supplement recommendations
  • Nutrition and fitness insights
  • Platinum membership subscriptions
  • Raw data uploads and analysis

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • No refunds for unused subscription time

4.2 Auto-Renewal Refunds

Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable except:

  • Refund request made within 48 hours of charge
  • Service not used during current billing period
  • Maximum one courtesy refund per customer lifetime

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

5.1 Reporting Requirements

For damaged or defective products:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence required showing damage/defect
  • Original packaging and shipping materials must be retained
  • Products may need to be returned for inspection

5.2 Resolution Options

For verified damaged/defective products, we offer:

  • Replacement product (same item only)
  • Store credit (valid for 90 days)
  • Refund minus shipping costs (at our discretion)

6. RETURN PROCESS

6.1 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email returns@zenithvital.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Wait for RMA number and return instructions
  4. Ship product back within 7 days using trackable shipping
  5. Include RMA number on outside of package

6.2 Return Shipping

  • Customer pays all return shipping costs
  • We recommend insured, trackable shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
  • Refused deliveries incur additional fees

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders have additional restrictions:

  • No refunds on international orders due to regulatory compliance
  • Exchanges only for damaged/defective items
  • Customer responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes
  • Return shipping costs significantly higher
  • Extended processing time (20-30 business days)

8. PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Special terms apply to promotional purchases:

  • Buy-one-get-one (BOGO): Must return all items for refund
  • Bundle deals: No partial returns accepted
  • Flash sales: All sales final
  • Discount codes over 20%: Non-refundable
  • Free gifts: Must be returned with main purchase

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

  • You must first attempt resolution through our customer service
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection for invalid chargebacks
  • Chargeback fees will be passed to the customer

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products not purchased directly from Zenith Vital
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
